Itinerary:

Day 1:
You meet your tour leader at Malta International Airport by 8:00 am for an 11:15 am Ryanair flight to Bari, where you’ll begin your Italian adventure. Upon arrival, our driver will be waiting to take us on a scenic drive to the charming village of Locorotondo, renowned for its whitewashed buildings and circular layout. Afterwards, we proceed to Alberobello to check in at our hotel. After settling down in our rooms, we will later meet for a magical evening stroll through the fairy-tale-like Trulli houses, beautifully illuminated against the night sky. This enchanting walk offers a perfect introduction to the unique charm of Alberobello, setting the tone for the days ahead.

Day 2:
After breakfast, explore the unique charm of Alberobello and its famous Trulli houses during the day, wandering through the winding streets of Rione Monti and Aia Piccola. Enjoy some leisure time shopping for local crafts, sampling regional treats, or taking photos of the fairytale-like setting. Later, we’ll head to Polignano a Mare, perched on limestone cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea, with crystal-clear waters and historic sea caves like Grotta Palazzese. The town is also the birthplace of Domenico Modugno, and you can visit his statue. After soaking in the coastal beauty, we will return to the hotel, reflecting on our adventures.

Day 3:
When we finish breakfast we visit Ostuni, the stunning "White City," where whitewashed buildings line the hilltop, offering breathtaking views of the Adriatic coast. We’ll stroll through its charming streets, soaking in the unique atmosphere before continuing to Monopoli, a historic coastal town with ancient walls, a picturesque harbour, and beautiful churches like the Cathedral of Santa Maria della Madia. In the evening, we go back to the hotel.

Day 4:
On our final day, we’ll check out after breakfast and drive to Bari to explore its historic old town, starting with the Basilica of San Nicola, home to the relics of Saint Nicholas. Marvel at its Romanesque architecture and ancient crypt before wandering through Bari’s lively streets, with narrow alleys, vibrant markets, and quaint cafes. Free time for shopping, where you can find branded shops like H&M, Zara and more. After a day of exploration, we drive to Bari at 19.30 airport for our 21.45 flight back to Malta, ending our memorable journey through Puglia.
